Wells Fargo Bank

This branch is right near my house, I’ve had many bad experiences at Wells Fargo branch locations including this one with pushy tellers who stall your transaction in order to try to sell you on a new account. Went in today and teller «Jose» completed my transaction efficiently. He was friendly, but didn’t drag my transaction into a 30 min ordeal. With so many banking options online and otherwise, it was a small thing, now mind you I don’t need another account, but if I did, I would have someone like him open it.

I have been using this Wells Fargo location for a few years now and I have never had a complaint. The customer service is 5 star, the atmosphere is 5 star even on the 1^st which is usually their busiest day from my observations, the longest I have ever had to stand in line on the 1^st is 3 minutes. I had the pleasure of working with Ali Sepehrnia yesterday, he was knowledgeable and friendly but most importantly he got me through the process of applying for a credit card very quickly. The process was handled in a completely green manner which is important to me as my business is recycling. I have also worked with the manager Michelle Villalobos a few times concerning my business account and she has also provided 5 star service. So if you are a busy person that requires top quality knowledgeable service in a speedy manner without all of the bulky paperwork Ali Sepehrnia is your guy.

I have been your customer long time. I love your bank. my survey is branch location at 6952 Bolsa Ave Westminster, ca 92 647. corner bolsa and goldenwest. staffs are unfriendly and bad attitude. a lot of customer complain too. i wish owner or C.E.O. have to check it. hopefully, your bank get more customers and success your business.

Worse customer service by the bank teller name «Marcos.» He supposed to help out customer filling out deposit instead he tell them doit. If you too lazy stay at home don’t go to work dude. To all Manager at welfargo bank you need to fire all this lazy worker because you will lose all Your bank clients.

Gretter was kool, teller awesome but the bankers that help u out with your account don’t take u by priority after sitting for 20mn with no help that sucks, it’s funny if your in line waiting and have a problem help is asap I guess having a lobby waiting for help with your account is not a priority or a not as important …

After being with Wells Fargo for over 15 years I never once had a problem until today. Their bank tellers are always so friendly and courteous which is why I walked out of there today in disbelief. I was helped by the bank teller Jessica. From the moment she helped me I didn’t even get a «hello how are you»? Which didn’t bother me all that much until she continued to help me. Which she was obviously of no help. Her tone of voice and demeanor was just so rude. She basically was talking to me like I was stupid just because they changed their system to transfer money and I had no idea. It was the first time this change was brought up to my attention, and not once did she take the time to try to explain it to me. I told her I didn’t want to do anything on my account anymore because the way she was treating me and all she could say was «okay that’s fine with me». I literally walked out of there shaking with anger and feeling humiliated. I will definitely never go back to that branch again, which is upsetting because it’s the closest to home.

I have been a member for 14 years due to the fine service and excellent programs. Wells Fargo especially my branch at 6952 Bolsa they offer easy and quick transactions. I use them for my personal banking as well as my business banking. Amy, Ali, Kashi and all the other employees do their best to meet the daily challenges that my business and personal financial life produces. I sold a car recently and Michelle handled the transaction smoothly and even mailed my final payment to my lien holder, truthfully it was that transaction that inspired my review it was the best experience I’ve had with the bank in the 14 years I have been with the bank. I send international money wires which is a pain but they do their best to send them and follow up to ensure that they have been completed. I believe that I am in good hands with Wells Fargo Bank.

I went in to open a new account. No one was there to welcome me, no sign in sheet. So, I sat in one of the chairs and waited and waited. The two reps were with customers but it would be nice if someone would let me know I’ll eventually get helped. After 20mins I went across the street to Chase.

This location can be a hit or miss — depending on when you go. If you go during busy times, you’ll notice how long it takes to go through the line — yet if you go during «slower» periods, you can get through seemingly quickly.
What could be done is have the tellers cut to the chase during busier times. Yes, I understand that y’all have to cross-​sell and upsell and oversell your products and stuff, but asking every customer in front of you when the line is already long and winding isn’t going to make me waiting in line more eager to want to hear your spiel. By the time I get to your window, I’m already running late — disappointed that what I thought would take no more than 15 minutes is already almost half an hour — and I just want my deposit transaction completed.
Parking is easy, I park near the fabric store and walk over the divider — its easier to get in/​out rather than the bank’s official parking lot during busier times.

I would normally give this place a five but today was kind of annoying because they took out their business line. Other than that I like this place. The people here are still friendly. I’ve been banking here for 15 years. Parking is good, A/​C is great, everything is great. I’m just accustomed to the business line.

ATM’s always work when I go here. Tellers are always nice and friendly. What more could you want, well maybe free donuts
