I was a complete novice who had an exceptional experience buying a boat from Allen Yorath. Not only did he keep his word about showing me the ropes, he has been out to give us boating lessons. I also hired his guys keep the boat serviced and clean, and they have been excellent as well. I feel really lucky to have found Allen so that our family could enjoy a boat in Huntington Harbor.

Brought them my boat to sell. They said it’d be washed weekly and covered at night if I brought my cover. They never attempted to sell it, and instead parked it out of sight. Never washed it, never covered it. After 6 months I went to pick it up and found it filthy, the interior badly sun bleached and burned. Evidence of a local homeless person sleeping in it. They then tried to tell me I owed them $ 5000 for «storage fees» when it was under a brokers contract for sale, not storage. They tried to extort any money they could but I wouldn’t pay. I finally had to call the state Dept. of Boating and Waterways and file a complaint to get my boat back. I would NEVER do business with them again! Bad business practices and they do not operate in good faith.
