Love the pizza here. I pay double for the pizza! The quality is on par but I can’t say that for their phone customer service. Very poor.

We had like 20 of us show up on a Saturday night, and we were blown away by the amazing service and food! We couldn’t all fit inside but Francisco, his workers, plus a phenomenal menu brought smiles to everyone in our party, which included vegan, gluten-​free, and meat-​lovers.

Never EVER again will I order from here. I placed an online order for DELIVERY. Over an hour later I called them to see what the hold up was. She put me on hold for about 3 minutes. When she finally took me off hold she said there weren’t any deliveries. I gave her my name and she rudely said it was placed for pick up. I’m 5 blocks away with no car. She said that it would be 35 minutes to deliver. Uhhh, they have no deliveries but it would take 35 minutes to drive 5 blocks when the pizza has been done for 30 minutes already. Like I said, never again. Poor customer service.

Last night we ordered the Gluten Free, Roasted Tomato Pesto Zpizza. While it looked absolutely Amazing, with Fresh melted mozzarella, whole roasted cherry tomatoes on top, the overall flavor was pretty bland. I had to add garlic salt abd fresh basil from my plant to give it life.
Overall, I gave our Zpizza a 3 for flavor, but my Mom is Gluten Free, and almost 80, and so far she gives it a 5… And since it is her dietary restrictions we have to consider when evaluating dining options, Zpizza gets a 4.
I’m hoping that Mom liked it enough, that we’ll be trying it again. Me, I’d try this Zpizza again, for sure– especially try to take advantage of some of their daily SPECIALS

I normally would never write a bad review about anywhere but this was absolutely disgusting, first we ordered vegan pizza and when we got it, it definitely was NOT vegan, but whatever no big deal that wasn’t the issue, We took it back and got another one that was Vegan the problem was that the young girl with long strawberry blonde hair took the pizza we just RETURNED and put it in the single slice tray… So you guys take returned pizza and then sell it to other people??? What if I had picked up a slice and put it back… Or dumped something all over it. What the HELL. That is completely unsanitary and disgusting, I hope you know when you come here you could be eating pizza that went to someone’s house, was in someone’s car and could have been handled by a complete stranger. I will never eat at this establishment again.

Absolutely love this place! Fresh, delicious pizza. Great lunch specials. Most of all I appreciate the attentive, professional, and courteous service we receive from Javier and his team each and every visit.

Have had numerous problems with the Goldenwest location in Huntington Beach, wrong orders, forgotten orders, under cooked pizzas and you name it, but I keep coming back for more abuse because it is close and next to Rubios which my kids prefer. Ordered a Small pizza with veggie toppings and a Caesar salad last night and was told 20 minutes. Well I waited 20 minutes before I left home and even went to Rubios to place my kids order before going to pick up Z pizza. When I went into the store there were only 2 employees and the one running the front desk is always a problem (not your sharpest knife in the drawer). The salad had not been made yet and then when he goes to get the pizza he can’t find it. He then tells me that they must have given it to someone else (Do they look at the pizza before they give it to another customer?) and then asks me if I want a pizza with Sausage on it (some other customers order) or do I want to wait for them to make me one. This is the last straw with this store and if I was the owner I would get rid of the knuckle head running the front because he is useless as t*ts on a bull! Well he probably is related to the owner so that will never happen, but they will not be getting my money anymore.

California Pizza w/​Grill Chicken was Amazing! They use Real Mozzarella cheese, fresh Veggies. Ordered the California Salad too! Excellent! Five Stars!

We aways eat here and it’s always good (except for my pear comment to come). The staff it friendly and courteous. We usually pick it up ourselves because the delivery times are really slow. Wish the pears were fresher for the pear and Gorgonzola salad. They used to be always fresh and are at other z pizza locations, but not here and not for the last year.

I have ordered from here twice now for delivery. Both times, the order was correct and it was SUPER Delicious! They were fast and their online ordering is easy to use! Oh and the driver was such a sweet nice girl!

I love me some Z Pizza! They are the best in great pizza, fresh ingredients, customer service, fast delivery… I could go on and ON!!! Best pizza I have ever had! When I crave real pizza… I crave Z Pizza!

I am extremely allergic to wheat (gluten) and zpizza stated that they do have a gluten free crust that is made in a gluten free environment and they are careful about cross contamination.
I ordered a large American pizza which came out to $ 25. 1^st thought: this had better be an amazing pizza for $ 25.
Most of the time the pizzas are pretty amazing and have lots of toppings. The only gripe I would have is sometimes it has less toppings than others.
I have ordered here many times now and I have never gotten sick from gluten contamination so they really take it as serious as I do. Thank you!

First of all, I like Z pizza, some locations better than others. That being said, this was my first time at this particular location. These guys had my pizza ready in 10 minutes! Upon arrival, the staff was very friendly and greeted me with a smile. Not only that, but it was probably one of the best tasting z pizza that I’ve had in a long time.

A little bit after arriving home and devouring our pizza, I received a phone call from the location to let me that I left my wallet there. I drove all the way back and got my wallet. Absolutely nothing was taken from it and so I was beyond grateful and thanked them a million times and left $ 20. They refused to take it. They were so kind. I had to run out of there before they tried to plant the money back on me. You can really tell when people love their job and take pride in what they do and you can taste it in the product (pizza). It makes me smile when I meet more people like this. These guys are awesome. A+

I eat here a minimum of 3 times a week. I can’t comment on all of the food, because I typically just get a couple slices of cheese pizza. The pizza must be good for me to eat it as often as I do.
That being said, the customer service here is always exceptional. If my pizza isn’t coming right out of the oven, they always throw it back in there for a second.

Not even busy… ordered 1 slice of pizza & 2 calzones. Waiting 10 min & they tell us that they accidentally made 1 of the calzones a pizza.
Ok they made it right. Gave us a $ 10 gift certificate. And the calzones were AWESOME!

I don’t order pizza out much, but Zpizza totally stands out. Sure it’s corporate, not your hole in the wall feel of a family recipe, but it really delivers in superior quality and taste.
I ordered a 14′ large BBQ pizza which ran about $ 18 with tax. It fed three people. I ordered online and when I went to pick it up 25 minutes later it was almost ready. The guy who rang me up caught that they didn’t top the pizza off with cilantro, which was a nice save. I saw pizzas lined up so I knew they are really busy during the dinner rush. Ordering ahead made it convenient.
The other two who ate the pizza commented how significantly better it is than other pizza. It’s definitely pricier than what I’m used to paying for average pizza, but this is not average so I find it worth it.
Will definitely settle for no other take out pizza.

I would like to precede this review with the comment that I have ordered from this ZPizza before and had a much better experience. They had a great pear/​gorgonzola salad and I liked the option for wheat crust. That was over a year ago and unfortunately, I was not very excited to recieve my pizza tonight. Delivery was prompt and friendly, but the pizza was lukewarm and cheese already starting to harden. We did a «half and half» of pepperoni and Greek, and both were very dry and crust a bit chewy. Topping on the Greek was sparse. On pretty basic pizzas, there needs to be some sauce, even on a white pizza or garlic sauce item. Also, take it easy with the tomato paste in the marinara sauce… you can TASTE it (not good).
The good: Website is super easy to navigate and order. The Bad: Cold, dry pizza and no coupon codes available online.
ZPizza, we will try you again I am sure, but remember you can have the greatest, organicaly sourced, healthy ingredients, but if the pizza isn’t good, your business won’t be either :(

My boyfriend and I had previously order Z Pizza through their online ordering system and never had a problem, until last week. We were craving pizza so we ordered through the website again.
It was a Friday, and the website said they were open until 9:30, but delivery wasn’t available at the time I was ordering (about 10 minutes before 9), and we would have to pick up our order. I didn’t think much of it, it said my order would take approximately 15 minutes. After 15 minutes we were ready to pick up the order, and I noticed I got 3 missed calls, from an unknown number with no messages. I didn’t worry about too much since we were rushing to get our order before they closed.
When we got to Z Pizza, lights were off and a note was left «You didn’t pick up your phone we close at 9.». I was irritated that they left a note, and didn’t bother to leave a message on my phone, even though I didn’t answer I would have gotten the message before leaving. Also the fact that they say they close at 9 while the website says 9:30 didn’t go over well with us.
I am not happy with the way they handled the situation, the note felt rude, the lack of a message seemed unprofessional, and the website stating they were open while they claimed to be closed was confusing.
The pizza was decent, which is why we ordered from them, but with this experience, we’d rather not have to deal with them.
