This is where my love for martial arts began. I truly am thankful for having trained with Sifu Rik. I have trained at other schools and never stayed. I learned extremely quickly because his methods are fantastic. You don’t just learn forms the whole time. You learn real life application. He makes it fun and I was always excited to go to class. In the sea of garbage martial arts school this place is a true gem and a rare find. Had I not moved out of the area I would have certainly continued training. Kung-​Fu changed my life, it instilled greater confidence, discipline and a greater appreciation for what the human body is capable of. I am sincerely grateful for my experience here and I recommend this school to anyone in the area looking for the real deal.

My children have been attending for over a year and absolutely love it! I love the forms and the seriousness of the instructors and how they conduct the classes. Sifu Rik is a great Teacher — he is fun to work with and my kids really enjoy his style.
