I always get good customer service! The ladies are nice here. And its the closest carters to my house so awesome! & i love their clearance section.

They have A great variety of clothes, up to date styles. They inform you about coupons and discount when paying. If you can’t really afford the new items they also have a good variety of clearance items in the back of the store.

Hello Fellow Unilocalers, so seriously I have to agree with the above comment from Michelle D., this Carters store is truly by far the most horrible, rude, and disgusting customer service, even by phone they are super rude. I have always gone to carters, I absolutely love their products they have such cute, affordable, and in style children’s clothes and now that I have triplets, I recently went 3 times and spend $ 320 once, and $ 475 the other, and $ 285 the last. As I mentioned I have triplets and they are our first and last children, so we have spoiled our little ones with all we can, especially making them look as cute as can be with cute and comfortable clothes. However with the bad experience I received from the sales associates at that location, literally I feel like banning carters all together from purchasing any future attire from them. The manager, she is disrespectful, rude, and simply is there to get a paycheck and clearly not to strive in fulfilling Carters vision statement. Carter Vision statement ««At Carter’s, we embrace creative leadership, innovative teamwork and a winning spirit to be the best for the benefit of our customers, our consumers, our employees and our shareholders.» I can honestly say this woman has neither leadership, teamwork, nor contributes to the benefit of the customer, but does contribute a negative effect on the employer. Because of her and other sales associated there I am going back to Carters not that location do not want to even see those people, so disgusting, but I am going back and returning all I recently bought and haven’t used, about 48 sets of attire, I would return it all if I could but I already used the rest. I do seriously hope that cooperate reads upon these posting so that they can address this situation, I am sure I’m not the only one that has gone through a bad experience with these sales associates. Seriously how hard can it be to go in do your job and do it right, really people like me are super excited to go and purchase carters attire especially when it comes to the ones we love. No one wants nor has to deal with a standoffish attitude, disrespectful and unapproachable tone, and unfriendly gestures or body language.
Be helpful, friendly, and appropriate, this is a family store and should reflect family welcomed environment, because really that’s it, Carters attire, prices, and durability have made it super easy for you, no need to pitch anything the items sell for themselves, don’t mess up a good product from getting to its destiny (the consumer=me) by adding your unnecessary negative touch! Well I let some steam out, I hardly take the time to post a comment unless the experience was great, but this time I simply had to state my position being that it was horrible customer service. So all in all people if you choose to go to Carters then I would suggest the Carters located at the citadel in Commerce, those folks there are really friendly and helpful totally like it there unfortunately for me this Carters in Huntington Park is super close, but it doesn’t matter for now anyways I am banning them because of these past incidents, such a bummer to because they are as big as the citadel Carters. Ironic, the citadel Carters has a larger volume of traffic, one would think they would be overwhelmed and have attitude but contrary the Huntington Park store has less traffic and has the associated with the attitudes.

Terrible AWFUL customers service. The staff has the worst attitude and they’re consistently rude. Anytime you ask a question they can’t give you an answer without rolling their eyes. EVERY other Carter’s store I’ve been to has been pleasant and very helpful this honestly is the only one I cannot stand going to. Get it together.
