I love this place! Great place to go to if you’re looking into getting blankets, curtains, shower curtains, pillow, towels, comforters, etc. They have huge selection with really great prices. I purchased some energy-efficient blackout curtains for my room for only $ 18.00. I love them! I definitely recommend you checking out this place before going to Anna’s Linen or them other retail stores. Going back to check out their blankets.

I love El Bodegon! It’s a better deal than other Linen Places, it’s also affordable and most of all great service. I got a great Hello Kitty Blanket that my daughter loves and that I love as well. Great for gifts for all the family! :)

looking for some 94−96″ curtains [preferabably w/big round grommets this time] & know the vast majority of what they carry [other than kitchen curtains] are 84″ standards. they do have a few other sizes which are usually in a bin in the aisle in front of curtains. also note no black out liners here. [these are liners you can add to existing curtains that will make the room pitch black so you can sleep like a baby.] it’s still a huge place with probably a million craptastic things — that alone is worth looking. there are a couple other places with similar looks/goods nearby. unfortunately i did not have time to check out, when i went back one was already closed at 4pm on a sunday so doesn’t hurt to call ahead but if your in the hood just do a pop in.

It’s going to be cold soon. You’re going to need a blanket. Don’t get ripped off at Bed Bath and Beyond or even IKEA. Instead, hop in the hoopty and head on down to Huntington Park, home of blanket Mecca, El Bodegon Imports. Here you can get shower curtains, comforters, towels, quilts, curtains, pillows, and throws at prices that will shock the monkey. For example, 450-count queen sheet sets for 18 dollars. Jaw + Floor. That’s less than half the price of comparable sets at Target! What El Bodegon excels at is blankets. These are not chintzy polar fleece. We’re talking extra thick Korean plush blankets, the kind that keep Kim Jong Il all warm and snuggly when that Siberian wind blows through Pyongyang. Prices on blankets depend on size and material: $ 15 bucks for a twin to about $ 50 for a king size faux chinchilla pimp-ass plush monstrosity that swallows your hand when you touch it. There are tasteful solids, but I don’t think you should drive all the way out to HP for anything less than the best. For her birthday, my friend got a blanket that was the Mexican flag on one side and La Virgen de Guadalupe on the other. There are your standard wolves howling at the full moon and tigers in various states of repose. Also, many, many sports teams are represented here in blanket form(Go Raiders!). I may front like I belong at Bazaar, chomping on foie gras cotton candy and talking about NPR and dog Pilates, but HP is my hometown. I would not lead you astray. In fact, listen to the sign painted on the water tower just outside of El Bodegon. It’s from the seventies and shows a little girl skipping next to her mom. Next to her, the words «SHOPINHUNTINGTONPARK… More Shops Than a Shopping Center» Damn straight. Just roll up your windows when you pass the Farmer John slaughterhouse.

This is a wholesale distributor for all your home décor needs. Comforters, bedspreads, curtains, etc etc. Prices are pretty cheap, selection is abundant, and a lot less people than other stores in the area. Bought me a comforter, 7 pieces, for only $ 40 bucks… Cant beat that, unless you have a bat…
