Just went to see if I still had a chance to pick up a Pokémon item I reserved. The employee (big heavy set male with long hair, glasses, and facial hair) that informed me about it’s unavailability was trying so hard to be a total douche. It felt like he was ready to pounce at me with counterargument when I had no intentions of being one of those customers that relentlessly ask «why?» He just gave me the impression of being the kind of person that always wants to be right. I was being a nice guy, and I believe that’s what prevented him from being a full throttle a-​hole. It was a simple and easy thing to take care of in a very relaxed work hour, especially since there were absolutely no other customers in the store. I can only imagine the rage he goes through when dealing with customers during busy times. Never coming here again.

Came here a week ago to get some wii games. It was lonely the employee was just standing doing nothing. It makes it awkward to shop. She didn’t smile too. Or even start a conversation. She just stood there and did nothing. I swear!
