Terrible terrible terrible that’s all I have to say the hamburgers were cold I waited too long and like I said the service was terrible, I got bad looks from the drive thru cashier because I asked for ketchup… I woundnt recommend this place to no one. U better off drinking milk and cookies sad to say because I actually like mc Donald’s :(

This is my local mcdonalds. Come here everytime for thr same reason that its close by. Its just very tiring that they ALWAYS mess up my order. Today i went in (the reason i am writing this review) and ordered 4 big mac combos NO PICKLES NO ONIONS. The guy who took my order repeated my order back to me and i was content my order was correct. I get my food, i check everything is there the top two burgers said «no pickle no onion» so i didnt bother to check. That was a huge mistake. Get home to eat and realized NONE of my burgers had lettus. Not only that but all of them had onions. I basically had bread onion and meat. At this location they always ruin my order; sometimes they leave the pickles in or onion, sometimes they forget to give me part of my order. its almost never correct. They need to do something about this SOON.

They are just not on top of they service and food quality. I gave them a few chances, but it’s the same issues every time. No napkins, no ketchup packets or salsa when I ask for when I order. The food it’s ok sometimes, but today the bread was hard. I won’t be coming back.

I hate it. They gave us cold burgers and undercooked nuggets. Even they made a face when i took it!!! Disgusting. Never steeping in a mcd again!

Been here for 30 minutes n still don’t have my order ready the drive thur line is all the way to the streets they only have 2 people working in the kitchen n still can’t get things right

I literally just walked in there with my friend and asked if they were open because the door was obviously open, and I was like «are you guys open inside?» And they just blankly stared at me like I’m an idiot or something I even asked them twice and still no reply just chit chat with the manager mind you. Worst McDonald’s ever but then again it’s McDonald’s you get what you pay for right?

Comment: At drive-​thru I have ordered 3 chicken sandwiches and 1 cheeseburger. When I got my order I discovered the following:
1. My cheeseburger was placed in the bag UNWRAPPED.
When I complained the salesperson took my cheeseburger and without any excuses returned it to me wrapped.
2. While I took cheeseburger out of bag I discovered that there are only 2 chicken sandwiches inside instead of 3 ordered.
3. I placed the whole bag into the window and asked how many chicken sandwiches inside. The sales person looked in, said he saw only two — and laughed. Then he brought back the bag and gave it to me without any apology.
4. I looked inside bag and saw there was no sauce packets or any other condiments. I asked to see the manager but nobody came out.
5. The only thing I managed to find out is the name of sales person — Arthuro, and manager’s name — Maria.
I think that kind of attitude to customer and that kind of service are totally in-​acceptable — especially without any apology!

This was in July or August but I can’t forget the experience. I ordered a plain ice tea and with the amount of time it took for them to bring it up, you’d think they went overseas to carefully hand pick the best raw tea leaves and brew the tea from scratch…

Dirtiest place ever. Always out of napkins and other things needed. We ordered inside and we stood there for about 30 mins before we realized they forgot about our order. Never again will we go to this place. I asked for my refund and didn’t get an apology from the manager. I have to say these places should have nothing but good ratings! But they lack staff.

Kind of run of the mill Mickey D’s with the new posh look. The second closest McD to where I live so I have to come here because the one on Colorado is one of the slowest and shittiest McD around here (they also often get your order wrong, quoting the immortal Joe Pesci from lethal weapon, they FUCK you at the drive thru!).
The staff here is pretty clueless and didn’t understand when I was asking for Filet o Fish patties. Overcharged me at the $ 1.79 Filet o Fish Friday price when it should have been $ 1.29. Also, they serve a reduced menu after midnight! This was the first time I heard of this shit! The McD at Alhambra doesn’t do this, WTF???

Horrible service! I ordered 20 piece chicken nuggets and when I got home noticed I only got 10 pieces! So I called to tell them. The cashier told me I could stop by the next morning to pick them up, she would leave my name. So when I go the next morning they tell me they can’t give me anything since my name wasn’t written on their list! I had my receipt and everything. Pisses me off because I paid for those freaking nuggets and didn’t get them. Never going back here that’s for sure!!!

Can you say terrible service? Every time I come here they mess something up! I’m always missing something, or the food is cold, ect. Why do I continue bringing my money here? Hmm out of convenience! Why drive far for shitty food.

I can’t say anything positive — our visit today was nothing short of a disappointment. I ordered three mcflurries and they weren’t mcflurries — it was their soft serve with the cookies sprinkled on top. They should inform the customer and ask if that’s okay but that would be asking too much from this location. this place has terrible terrible customer service! I regret thinking it’s just a mcflurry, how can they screw that up? yup, they can fellow friends. they can.

Is close to my work, so I always drive by in the morning to get my coffee and maybe a mcmuffin. The morning employees here are very irresponsible! One day they don’t put sugar in my coffee (I ask for 4 sugars) another day, they don’t even give me a stir stick, the pies are dry and cold, another time I ordered a side salad with ranch and they didn’t give me any ranch! No packet or nothing. This place might be good in the afternoon, but I come here every morning on drive thru and they always forget something in my order. Always. This morning I ordered a sausage mcmuffin and the sausage patty was incredibly dry. Ugh.

I’ve been to this McDonald’s many times and I’ve noticed how their staff is always friendly just like their manager. All groovy!

I usually go there in the mornings on my way to work and the service isn’t the best but it’s the closest to home. Anyway today they really blew it. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit in the drive thru, and as I was heading out, I opened the sandwich and there was a piece of mud inside the wrapper! It wasn’t in the sandwich but it was freaking gross! I went inside the restaurant and kindly told the manager about it and she complained to the lady who made it. The lady said ‘That wasn’t in there’. I was so angry by what she said. She made me feel like I had put it in there. Plus, when she was fixing it she made it with her bare hands, no gloves!! I’m never going back there. So disgusting!!!

This place is good in service but there is 1 employee who calls the numbers to pick up your order, she is the worst employee ever she doesn’t have a name tag and has a big time attitude. This mcdonalds doesn’t have creamers and sugars to go, you have to take your cup to get more sugar an cream. They just give you couple of napkins for 3 meals ordered! This sucks!!!

Honostly this store deserves no stars at ALL!
Worst service EVER!!, everytime I go to this mcdonalds especially after hours, they are either rude or they mess up on my ORDER! I mean why work in customer service if the workers seem like they dont want to deal with customers??! There was no sense in greeting the customer «what do you want» on the drivethru intercom or «here» handing off the food, please if u hate your job stay home or work somewhere else where, people dont need that type of negativity Customer service may be a hard field to work in especially in todays society, but still remember that it is still a job and your being paid to bring excellent customer service no matter what the circumstances are!

I hate to admit that I’ve frequented this location because it’s close to work and any McDonalds is quick service when you’re in a hurry for an iced coffee in the morning or for a short break during lunchtime.
The workers are alwaysss super friendly but the one qualm I have would be that my french fries have been burnt and too crunchy whenever I’ve ordered them. It came to the point where I just don’t order fries from here anymore. And that says a lot because I LOVE my McDo fries. I guess it’s a good thing though because fries are also the devil?! Ahh.
