One star because I have to give a star. This lady canceled my order one week before my best friend’s wedding. I am the MOH and don’t have a dress. The worse experience ever, customer service is horrible. I don’t recommend you go here at all. The lady’s name is Martha and is completely unprofessional. I placed my order in June was there in July for a liner fitting and expected me to come pick up my dress 9⁄21 without anymore fittings. She makes up stories and gets confused super easy. I will never go here again.
