I was in a hit and run. My dealer recommended 240 auto body. I was told 3 weeks, it took 6, but the work was OK. 6 months later, I was hit from behind again, brought it to them and this time 8 weeks after being told 3, then 4, then 5 and finally I started to complain. They threw my car back together so sloppily that I have to get it done over again and still waiting for what I was promised by Joe and Mario. (two months now). I will NEVER recommend or use them again. I will never go to my dealer either who decided to step out of the way when all this went down.

The N.Y. Attorney General would have a field day in this place! If you love your self and your car FIND ANOTHER AUTO BODY REPAIR SHOP. They will damage it without telling you, and keep you in a rental car for at least one month. Joe and Mario «what a pair». I found a really good way of knowing the truth, when they speek, whatever Joe and Mario say, the opposite is the truth. Click on the Link below!

I was in an accident and the other insurance company recommended them. We met Joe and we were quoted 2 weeks but there was more damage than they expected. Unfortunately I had to follow up to find this out, I would have appreciated a call with an update.
The work was finished on time from the reset expectations and the work was Amazing.
Joe promised it would look brand new and it does. He even took our loaner car and returned it for us.
I would and have recommended 240 Auto Body and Joe rocks!
