Horrible customer service! I will not be coming back to this bebe location. I was not greeted or helped! If the store was busy I can understand but there were only two customers in the store and no one bothered to acknowledge I was looking for a dress. They definitely lost me as a customer.

Been shopping here forever but not so much of a fan anymore. The quality of their clothing overall has gone down… price points are up and customer service is hit or miss. Everytime I go in, there are new associates with the exception of a few girls who have been there since as far back as I can remember. This used to be my favorite store however, with a few major issues recently, I decided to shop at other stores where my business is appreciated and the quality of the clothing is of a higher standard.

I wish the last Unilocaler had finished her review because I’m dying to know what happened.
I personally like this store. Since it doesn’t get the heavy traffic of the Roosevelt Field location, there are always more styles and sizes available.
My only gripe is that the staff can be a real pain. I came to this location last night to exchange a top I bought at Roosevelt Field. It had a hole in it and was the last one in my size. I lucked out at this location and found a replacement. When I went to the register to swap the tops however, the girl told me their systems were down and they couldn’t do exchanges. Naturally this would annoy anyone. It was especially annoying to me since I went 30 minutes out of my way to get here. None of those things were this girl’s fault though. My big issue was that I was the ONLY CUSTOMER in the store and I walked in with a Bebe bag. I wish she would have taken the initiative to ask me why I was there or at the very least if I needed help so I wouldn’t have gone through the trouble to track down the shirt and size and then stand there waiting for her to come to the register and help me.
*For the record, I did get the top replaced. I explained to her it was the exact same item and asked her if I could just swap them out since it wouldn’t effect their inventory. She shrugged and said ok.

The only good thing about this location is Zara, one of the managers. OMG I hate Bebe!!!
I will update this posting in about a week to explain the saga. Smh!
