My husband and I have been trying to come into this place to get a filter for our hot tub for weeks. Every Time we come here they are closed! We showed up on Thursday at 4:40pm and they close at 5. It was pitch dark. Not a reliable place at all! I don’t know how they pay the bills!

My husband walked in here last weekend to inquire about a heater for our pool. After he asked several questions, the person at the counter laughed at him and acted like my husband was a complete idiot. It turns out that the man helping him was the owner. He walked out. Not exactly the way to treat your customers. Particularly since we are about to completely renovate our entire pool. Going elsewhere.

Used them for pool supplies for a number of years. Always been knowledgeable and friendly. No complaints. More personal than chain pool supply stores.
