Firestone Complete Auto Care

I was greeted at 6 50am. I was finished before 7 going over the details off my fix. Tire breaks rotors oil change wheel alinement wipers etc. Got the number which was fair left and returned at 1PM and everything done beyond my expectations. I will be back. National chain with small town feeling. The way it should be.

Real Jerks. I went there for an inspection and they said I needed wiper blades.
Tried to sell me 2 when only one was damaged. The car is brand new.
They did not have a blade to fix and said they would fail the car and I would have to come back on Monday and get it re-​inspected and pay an additional $ 37. I asked if they would check with Autozone which was close by and they told me they called them and they didn’t have a blade that would fit my car. It was an 18 Inch blade standard in most stores. I asked if I could drive down and pick up the blade and come back.
He told me he would have to fail the car and when I came back 10 minutes later he would re-​inspect it and charge me an additional $ 37. I ask for a ride and they declined.
They made me walk to Autozone 1 mile away and walk back. I just had a hip replaced and I was recovering from a broken pelvis. Really nice.
I went to Autozone and surprise they had the blade $ 13. They told me that no one from Firestone had called them. I walked back, put on the blade and finally go out of this rip off place.
I realize that it is there job to sell you whatever they can, but doing the right thing is what is important for good business practices.
Go somewhere else.
