Jovani Tailoring and Dry Cleaning

I’ll get right to the point. His shop is an absolute disaster so of course as expected from a man with no real system of organization he lost my wedding suit. Jovani blamed it on another customer who didn’t have a «ticket» who he says took my suit, lord knows what the tickets are even for, they’re scattered about the table and floor. He called this customer who of course insisted he did no such thing, I spoke to the customer myself who honestly had no idea what Jovani was talking about. An hour later of rummaging through suits and dresses scattered about on the floor and tables and decrepit closest, my suit was still gone! I forced Jovani to pay me for the value of the suit that was missing, where I spent the rest of the day tracking down and re-​purchasing my wedding suit. Jovani however did offer to make good on the work that was promised, by doing the work once I re-​purchased the suit an offer which I accepted, giving him the opportunity to redeem himself. He promised it would be done by 6 it wasn’t finished until 7, where he then changed his mind on his gesture of good will and demanded to be paid for the work stating he «paid for the suit, he can’t also pay for the tailoring». Long story short if you want a tailor that will lose your suit for the most important day of your life then make you pay for the tailoring anyways this is your man! Do yourself a favor pay the extra money to take your clothing to a professionally run establishment.
