I have purchased 2 cars in the past from Andy. I just purchases my 3^rd. I had no issues dealing with him. We walked on his lot and 30 minutes we picked our Jeep. He got all the paperwork ready over the weekend and today we left with. I would recommend him to anyone.

There is something really wrong with the owner of My Auto.
We showed up ready to buy. «Adam» shows us three SUVs. Two of the SUVs have suspicious rust damage underneath. We have been shopping for SUVs all over Long Island all week. We tell him we are an all cash buyer. We decided to test drive the more expensive one of the three.
That is when the short owner with the accent comes out. Doesn’t introduce himself. We tell him we want to test drive the SUV. He says there will be no negotiation of the sale price. I tell him ok, we want a test drive.
He says he has been in the car business for 28 years, I say good for you we have been looking at cars all week and we want to test drive the SUV.
He says we have to commit to purchasing the SUV and I say we need to test drive it to commit. He says he has a lot of money and doesn’t need to sell us the SUV. I tell him I am the customer and do not need to buy it.
He says his insurance is very high because customers have had accidents test driving his SUVs. I tell him I am not interested in his business operation problems and if he is not going to let us test drive the SUV we have nothing more to discuss.
We walked off the lot. Do yourself a favor and skip My Auto.

This guy is a scam artist. He made me pay 500 dollars for a deposit to run my credit score. He claimed if I didn’t like the numbers he would give it back. When I decided not to take the car he wouldn’t give me a refund. Small claims court here I come… Stay far away from him he doesn’t know the first thing about integrity or honesty

Not only is this guy Andy the owner of the WORST car dealership in Long Island but the guy is just genuinely a bad person. Has zero social skills. Demeaning to his customers and even to the one employee (woman) that I seen working there. I went there to buy a car. The saleswoman showed me the car. Within 10 minutes I made a decision to buy the car. I knew what I wanted. When I went in the office to meet andy I basically told him the car is great and I’d like to purchase it. NO NEGOTIATING. I told him let’s get it done right now. I’m ready. He said NO. Demanding I first leave a deposit for $ 500 so he can run my credit tomorrow and then we can strike a deal after that. When I told him No there’s no reason to worry about my credit and i have a great score he got crazy. I told him run my credit RIGHT NOW. I want the car. He said No and to leave a deposit of $ 500 so he can run it tomorrow. Basically the dude flipped out. He started showing me his bills and telling me how he’s been in business for many years and so on. I told him I don’t want to count your money. I’m not negotiating. I will buy your car now. When asked him if I should leave my # for him to call me if he changes his mind he said No.
I left. Saleswoman came out to my car. As she was talking to me the egomaniac chased after her and started yelling at her like a dog to get back to the office.
I don’t know what the reason is but he would not do the deal right on the spot. My opinion is he wanted me to leave a deposit because once I got $ 500 committed he upticks you in all kinds of document/​registration/​dealership fees. At that point you basically don’t want to back out of the deal. So if you want to do the deal (LIKE ME) on the spot he can’t draw up all the BS uptick paperwork and l have you already locked in with your $ 500 deposit.
I’m in sales and I own my own business. This guy is exactly what gives car salesmen a terrible name. He’s out right disrespectful and an obvious scammer. That poor lady had a quick deal/​commission and andy’s little man syndrome screwed it up for her.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. FAR AND AWAY A TERRIBLE DEALERSHIP WITH A TERRIBLE OWNER.

So, replying to Mr. Andy; Only half of what he said was true. We did not have her trade but the deal was not based on that alone. She had car listed locally for sale and we did not have to trade it in. I said I would be driving the car, not HER. I did not yell, I did not curse and i most certainly did not threaten him. I gave him back his keys politely and left without saying a word. I called him back and told him I felt a little disrespected. He proceeded to curse to tell me it was his business and then cursed at me. It was at that point I told him I would leave bad reviews. Not ONCE did I mention anything about damaging his cars. He also left out the reason for him cursing at me and then THREATENING me by telling me he knows where I live. It’s because of people like him the used car industry gets a bad name. Also, I did not rev my engine at all! He has a tight parking lot with barely enough room to pull one car in, let alone back it out onto Jericho. I drive a 5 speed, so it took a while to pull out. My tires never peeled once. And for the record, he saw my girlfriend once and is making a judgement on how old she is? And go ahead and read his other reviews on
