I had my hallway and family room cleaned and the grout recolored and sealed. The workers were able to get the majority of the dirt removed and explained that the flecks that remained were part of the tile itself. The grout was recolored and sealed which was a dramatic improvement! The checkerboard effect was eliminated and the tile looked refreshed. Considering that the tile was 20 years old and in a room that has taken a lot of abuse, the job Tile Dynamics did was excellent. The workers were polite and eager to please. I would recommend their services without hesitation.
