This review is for Brenda Meyer. (sorry took so long to write this). My wife purchased a Raymond Weil for my birthday last year, we met with Brenda because I wanted to change the style of the watch. Let me tell you, there should be more attentive sales people like her! Exceptional, she never rushed us, we felt very comfortable, and any questions or concerns we had, she answered. She makes the whole experience quite enjoyable. Thank you!

My husband and I are Tourneau regulars and have used them for all of our watch purchases and repairs. We’ve also been customers of a number of different Tourneau branches but this store is by far the most mismanaged, ill-​run I’ve ever had the misfortune to go to. The sales associates, while being nominally helpful, are incompetent. I counted at least three associates last time who typed with two fingers, making what should have been a 10 minute transaction into an excruciating 30 min. They may know their watches but their admin and management need a total overhaul if they’re going to compete in today’s world.

I had a problem having my watch repaired here however upon writing a review the corporate office called me and rectified the problem immediately. It was great to see upper management getting involved to make things right. i will be buying y next watch from tourneau again.

Saleslady was awesome, however, the technician who adjusted the links left some scratches on the bezel and side of the watch case.
Make sure you inspect thoroughly before signing the papers!
Otherwise, a pleasant shopping experience.

Brenda Meyer is such a sweetheart! I felt very welcomed and she helped me from the minute I walked in until the minute I walked out. She is very professional and I have nothing but positive feedback for Brenda. I would recommended everyone to go to Brenda.
