My wife and I arrived for a 9:45 appointment. We were taken to an exam room, where we waited… and waited… At 10:15, we heard a patient in the next room told, «Don’t worry, he will see you next.» At no point were we kept informed of any reason for the delay. At 10:25 we decided it was time to leave and find another doctor. Was it inefficiency, a legitimate delay of some sort, or «medical arrogance?» Guess we’ll never know.
