McDonald’s

I am disappointed by the way that this McDonalds is managed. It is poorly ran, in the way that the managers are more concerned with working the back drive through window themselves, than working the front lines ensuring that employees are on top of their game
Then the health code issues are horrible! I went through the drive through about a year ago after inside dining area had closed. An employee was mopping floors in the kitchen without wearing a shirt! I cancelled my order and asked to speak to the manager. I was surprised when he responded that the employee was off the clock, and was helping a friend finish their closing tasks! He was puzzled when asked how that kept chest hair from falling into the food bing made for me??? I had a camera and took a few pictures that I forwarded to the health department for review.
I recently told a friend about the incident, as I don’t eat there any more (I drive an extra 6 miles to get to the next closest McDonald’s). And she said that she had witnessed employees that have been eating during their lunch breaks in the dining area; get up from their meal, and fix themselves ice cream sundaes and cones behind the counter without washing their hands, This obviously creates «cross contamination issues», that can pass germs and disease to all customers! I question if they washed before they started eating, and had they been smoking a cigarette 6 feet from the outside door, before they started their meal?
Where are the manager’s, and are health precautions being propery being enforced?
