I have lived in Manhattan for many years and have access to renowned jewelers however I continue to come back to Reuschlein’s for all my speciality items. My grandmother also went here so it’s become a family tradition. I have custom designed/​redesigned several rings and they have all turned out AMAZING. John Paul cares about his clients and goes above and beyond to ensure that you’re completely satisfied. On both of the rings I designed, he ensured that all of the stones matched in terms of quality and clarity; this was not an easy task. I am very particular and he patiently worked with me tweaking the setting a few times until it was perfect. I cannot say enough about how amazing Reuschlein’s has been to my family and I. Above all, they’re trustworthy and loyal, something that is so hard to find this day and age.
