When it comes to other places, some may lodge a complaint about ambiguous meat, subpar condiments, and soggy buns. But not with Sam’s. Though perhaps not as original as Hillbilly Hot Dogs, for a standard chili cheese dog, it doesn’t get much better than these little stands scattered around the region.
