This review is not on the service or product as I never got that far. I wrote them an email and set up an appointment at my house and had it confirmed on email. I rearranged my whole day to get home earlier than usual so I could meet them and get a quote and look at their products, however no one ever showed up. I called them at the office and on the cell and emailed them and never heard anything. I understand things come up or maybe the appointment was overlooked but I would have liked a call or reply with an explanation and a suggestion for a reschedule. I got none of the above, and at this point wouldn’t reschedule.
