These people are great, efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. I called them to service my garage door because they had installed a garage door opener on one of my other properties when I had purchased a garage door opener from Sears. I figured I’d give them a call to repair this other garage door I was having problems with because I thought they were great when I used them several months ago. I called them around 9AM and they told me they could be at the property in about 2 or 3 hours which worked out great for me. When the serviceman arrived, he told me I had asked for the wrong service and that the service my door required was less than the original quoted price! I was shocked and pleased that I was dealing with someone who was honest and a gentleman. Not only was he honest, he was also polite. In a time where service is not what it once was, Carrington Door Company proves that you can still get great service for a great price with a smile.
