So disappointing… while planning our Sandals honeymoon with Bernice we asked if there was a military discount available. Bernie asked if we were active military and at that time we said no but my husband has served for 10 years she indicated there was no discount available.
While on our honeymoon we found out that a 10% veterans discount was available. When we arrived back home I called Bernice and she indicated that she’d had no idea there was a Veterans discount. Our honeymoon was just shy of $ 9,000… That is a $ 900 mistake. She indicated she would give us $ 400 back and a discount on future travel.
When the check arrived the letter that accompanied indicated that she would not be offering us any future discounts and made it sound like we had asked for a discount after the fact.
So disappointed in her lack of knowledge regarding the products she sells and revoking of promises.

Bernise and everyone here were great!!! They planned and executed my Honeymoon one week before I left to perfection. Do yourself a huge favor and use them, its worth every penny. Other people who arrived at Dominican Republic purchased themselves online, and were sorry they did because there was no one at the airport to tell them how to get to their hotels. I had a Apple rep waiting for me and put us in a shuttle, and away we went. Professional and very friendly.
