This dentist told me I needed my bite adjusted and shaved down all my teeth. Afterwards I was in horrible pain. I called numerous times and went back in, he had the nerve to tell me my pain was due to mercury poisoning!!! That was a few years ago and I am still in pain and this has cost me tens of thousands to repair and I’m still not done. My story is all to common, if he tells you you need to be equilibrated please do your research and you will find many like me!
I found out about from a mutual friend, when I told my friend that not only did he put me in pain but he was terribly mean to both myself and his assistant my friend said I never told you to go to him, I wouldn’t recommend any woman to see him as he hates women! This is his own friend saying that!

Actually my review is ZERO stars. This dentist performs medical malpractice on elderly patients.
He recommended thousands of dollars of dental work on my 87 year old mother’s jaw, which she eventually agreed to, only for it to get infected afterwards. She eventually had to go to another dentist who ended up pulling out two of the infected teeth that Midwest was supposed to fix!
This office didn’t offer any type of refund/​repair/​resolution. After the procedure the dentist wouldn’t even speak with my mother directly – he referred her issue to the office staff. Not cool.
I would NOT recommend this guy for any major work in your mouth. By the reading the reviews, he mostly performs ordinary cleanings. So disappointed.
