If you plan on using them for repair service, think twice! I scheduled an appt 4 days ago, took the day off work, and no one showed. I called twice and they assured me someone was coming. No apologies, no explanation.
Horrible, horrible service! I would not recommend them to anyone.

This review is of A-​1 Appliance’s online services based out of their Huntsville store.
Their website advertized a great price online for the OEM part I needed for my dishwasher. Except what they shipped was an aftermarket replacement part, not the advertised OEM part shown in the photo/​description on their site, and it didn’t fit properly. I heard from multiple people in their Customer Service dept, but none were willing to suck it up and admit their error. They would allow the return and refund the part, but would not refund the shipping. Since the refund would cost about the same as return shipping, the part just ended up going into the junk pile in my basement.
I would give them a second chance, but would have them confirm the exact part they would be shipping before placing an order, with a written gaurantee they they would refund shipping if it was the wrong one.
