Terrible place to live so don’t let the grounds fool you. They tell you what you want to hear to get you to move in and then it goes down hill. The rent is higher than expected once they attach all the fees. We were told water was a one time $ 50 up front fee and we are still being charged $ 50 a month for water and there is only 2 of us. The «amenities» sound good but they suck. The car wash is attached to everybodies water bill, the tennis court is destroyed, the whirlpool spa is a concrete kiddie pool and the tanning bed is nasty. The parking spaces are too close together and if you live upstairs, the a/c never gets cool. The walls are thin and you can hear everybody, especially kids running and screaming down the hall. Can’t wait until our lease is up and get the hell out of here. If you break your lease, expect to pay $ 1400.

Terrible management
You will pay more for rent than they tell you
Don’t use the tanning bed there. It does not work worth a crap.
Nice pool and hot tub, I will say that.
The «updated» apartments are nice, but the ones that have not been are not worth for what they are asking for.
