Boy this Applebee’s is a god send for late night meals. (Madison pulls up their sidewalks around 9 PM, so if u want a meal go to the new Waffle House and wear your ear rings) Applebee’s serves until close to midnight. Everything else was closed.

I went here on Saturday night with my niece son and sister. The food was ok. I had to send back my French onion soup because it was extremely over cooked. (To the point of the manger bringing it to me to ask if it was over done) the cheese is supposed to be stringy in this soup. Needless to say it was a solid rock. Second bowl was cooked to perfection! But it came out after my food so I didn’t get to finish. The waitress wasn’t friendly and even asked the manger what was wrong with the soup I sent back. And then processed to come to me to ask me what was wrong with it. And had a attitudeafter that. My beer I swear was watered down. The quesadilla burger my sister ordered had a burger smaller then a cheese burger from McDonald’s and a tortilla the size of a grand canyon wrap around it. Kids food was ok my ribs were good. I probably won’t go back to this Applebee but would try another.

Visited to have a late night margarita and some queso. Margarita was ordered top shelf. served in a margarita glass. with an olive! Shaker filled with ice was served with the wire strainer on the top. lots of ice. I was never asked how I wanted it. on the rocks, up or frozen. Didn’t taste anything in it… except the cheap sour mix they put in there. The queso was average with some zing. fresh chips with a jalapeño side… worth the $ 3.99. As for the drink, for 8.50 with an olive in it, never again. I came home tonight with the worst indigestion I have ever had. must have been the cheap sour mix. simple syrup would have certainly been a better option… hold the olive!

Horrible!!! I went to this location for lunch and was disappointed. My waiter (don’t know his name) was slower than a herd of snails traveling through peanut butter. I sat and waited, and waited and waited and continued to wait for about 20 min before he came to get my drink order. Than I sat and waited and waited and waited and continued to wait for him to take my order. I knew the wait was going to be even longer if I ordered something that required some real cooking so I ordered a sandwich. To my surprise it came out in normal time but it was brought to me by another person. Than after I finished I waited and waited some more for my check. Finally I had enough I had to get up and ask the hostess to get my check for me. And in case your wondering I never got asked for a refill on my sweet tea. I paid my check and left a great tip for him «find another job this is not for you»
On a side note the food was ok.
