If you have a high deductible insurance policy do NOT go here. The office insists on a 120% payment up front, instead of submitting the charges to the insurance company and THEN billing for the correct amount, and NEVER refunds the excess. Even if you have a positive balance with them, they do not count this amount in your up front payment. Once I had an outstanding positive balance for almost two years without them ever attempting to send me the refund. And when you finally ask for the refund it’s like pulling teeth. It takes them two weeks to «process» the refund, and you have to pick it up personally in cash (they stiff you on the change too) after waiting in the sitting room for half an hour. Also, if you make an appointment in advance to see the doctor, it’s guaranteed you’ll wait in the waiting room at least half an hour after your appointment time.
