These guys «touched up» a whole house audio system they had installed 4 years earlier when the home was being built. They charged almost 10 hours of labor for what should have taken an hour… the extra time was spent finding and fixing mistakes made on the original install.
More important, they don’t really provide a balanced perspective or thoughtful advice; in the end I got much better advice (and better rates) from a group in Birmingham.
