I was very pleased with the shaping and attention to detail at the brow bar at Belk. What I am less than pleased with is their customer service. Rebecca does a great job, but she is the only person available to do brows. Twice in the past two months, she has had to cancel due to sickness, and she did not leave a message to let me know that the appt was canceled. Everyone’s time is important, and it is very poor customer service to not leave a message or even send a text to let me know. I will not be going back.
