Bojangles

First time going there and I gotta say, way better than KFC, Popeyes, and Church’s. Had way more flavor and the chicken was nice and juicey. I’m going to be eating here more often for sure

The food is pretty good… the service is deplorable! I had to engage with Vincent or he would not have said a word while taking our order. Then he and a co-​worker ignored me again… when i went up to ask for honey. Here is the kicker… one of the managers had sneezed into her hands… and did not immediately go wash her hands. Nasty. Will never return.

This is one of those times where you want to give this location a higher score based on the food alone, but good service goes along way. I worked customer service for over 25 years and it’s not just the product, it’s the entire packaging. I have been to this location 4 times and all 4 times my order has been wrong or something missing. I’ve never seen anything like it. I mean if they advertise it as a order and get a surprise then Okay I’m paying to be surprise but when you drive 10 minutes passing other chicken places to go here specifically for their chicken there is nothing worse than to get home have your mouth set for the wings you paid extra for only to get a short thigh. I hate short thighs. They are only good for using in dumplings and stir fries, soups… cooking with essentially but it makes for nasty fried chicken. Dark meat and fatty. I blame myself for not checking after they did it the first two times, but I hate holding up the line. Next time I’ll pull aside and check or better yet just not bother and go back to my old standby KFC where I can get more for wings for my money anyway.

Free sweet ice tea with their dinners makes a good value, but the sweet tea is super sweet. Ask for a mix of half un– and half sweet

I honestly didn’t expect much when a friend suggested I meet him here for lunch. But I have to say, I was very surprised! Price was beyond reasonable for what you get… the dining room was extremely clean, which isn’t always an easy feat during a lunchtime rush. The staff was friendly, and the food was tasty. The highlight for me was the Bo’ berry biscuit. Fresh, tasty. What surprised me most was that there was a super friendly associate who patrolled the dining room and made sure we were completely taken care of. She offered to get us refills, sauces, etc… you don’t find that too often in a place that’s considered fast food. Fried chicken is not a usual favorite fare of mine… but Bojangles made such a good impression that I intend to definitely return. Such a pleasant surprise.

ummmm yeah! Get down and dirty with this little slice of bayou! with the smell of corndogs and taste of swamp all this little ditty needs is constant Tab Benoit playing over the sound system! this is a cant miss fast food joint!

Best Chicken tenders or supremes in town! I love their 4 piece supreme dinner with special seasoned fries, thick biscuit, and Ice Tee! Oh, did I mention their weight gaining mouth watering BO BERRY BISCUITS! Wow! I love their honey mustard and the service is always good! They overload you on fries depending on who is working there! The staff is great! And I see they have released a lot of employees over the years! Me and my wife loves this spot! This is Our number on Spot in Huntsville! Sad to say I haven’t tasted anything else because I don’t like to try different things because I will crave what I usually want but their chicken biscuits are the best! I’ve had a lot of chicken biscuits in my day and NONE beats Bojangles! I’m about to go there now! LOL

Everything about this place is ok. The chicken was hot and the biscuits were fresh. The sweet tea was okay. There was nothing special about the chicken except it reminded me of Louisiana Fried Chicken except it was less spicy.

Bojangels’ breakfast biscuits are my favorite of all the choices out there. I have yet to have one which disappointed, and that includes their chicken biscuit, which means a lot because I really don’t care for chicken for the breakfast! The food always arrives fast and hot and the drive thru really keeps things moving. The dining area is always clean and accommodating. I like their fried chicken, but it is not my favorite chicken.

Not bad at all! I was kind of hesitant to eat there however it was good! The chicken was hot and fresh, the biscuits were fantastic! The tea however was not as good as everyone says, it was sort of sweet and it has a hint of coffee!
The cashier was polite and friendly, the place was very clean. They had classical music playing which I thought was odd.
All in all not a bad chicken place! Just don’t expect the tea to be that great!

This is an occasional choice for me and my wife. It’s far from healthy but it is great comfort food. The sweet tea is some of the best, especially for fast food restaurants. The prices are decent and the service is always friendly.

For some reason, Bojangles just ain’t at the top of my places to eat (not even on it, I’m afraid). The one time I ventured in (was hungry and parked in their parking lot for some reason) I was favorably impressed. While ordering, the counter clerk sweetly offered that I make a chance and take advantage of their «free sweet tea» offer. Woo hoo!
That made my day and the food was quite tasty. And the second (or was it fourth?) glass of tea was simply delicious!
