Chili’s

Ordered the chicken enchiladas. Portion size was huge. Chicken enchilada-​tasteless. Rice-​tasteless. Black beans-​tasteless. Service-​Excellent (which earned it the one star). Won’t be back (though I’ve eaten there several times before.)

STAY AWAY! If I could give it zero stars I would. Easily top ten worst dining experiences I’ve had. Our food came out in waves, and once it was there it wasn’t even hot. You could tell one dish had been microwaved more than once to warm it up while waiting on the rest of the food.

We had been to this location a few years back and having recently moved back were excited to go again. Unfortunately our experience was really disappointing. I work in a restaurant and am familiar with both good and bad service. The server was not rude but was a little absent for long periods of time. Our food took a long time to come to the table, which isn’t necessarily a complaint because we were enjoying being together as a family. But when the food came it was room temperature and had obviously been sitting around for quite a while. I got the ribs, and being one of the more expensive dishes on the menu, I was upset since they were no longer very tasty and had gotten harder to chew since they had been sitting around so long. When the server asked how it was I told him politely that we were a bit disappointed that the meal had come out a little cold and old tasting. He did a little apology and left. At this point I expected a manager to come over, which is the standard for restaurants of this caliber. A manager never spoke to us and I’m sure one had been notified because the server did inform me that the ribs had been taken off the price. While this was nice it seems a bit odd that no apology was made. I heard another table getting apologized to for something that had been messed up for their service so hopefully it was ‘just one of those nights’. However we will not be returning and are sad about that since we used to love going here years ago. Unfortunately the only way a restaurant can make up for this kind of experience is to buy the whole meal. We had a very similar experience at another restaurant in Huntsville and the manager came over before we even said anything and told us our meal had been paid for and that he was sincerely sorry. Because of that we will go back and continue to spend our money there. However Chili’s in Huntsville lost that opportunity.

Chain food, decent service.
Ordered the pork carnitas fajitas, which are surprisingly tender, flavorful and a good portion size. Husband ordered the honey chipotle chicken crisper, which are chicken tenders covered in a sticky, spicey honey sauce and comes with fries and corn. He enjoys it, but didn’t think the corn was fresh.
We also had the chips, salsa, guac and fried cheese. The guacamole was pretty good, but such a small portion. The fries cheese was what you’d expect.
I ordered the El Presidente Margarita, which comes in a shaker and you pour into your glass. It was sweeter than normal margaritas, but pretty good. I’m not sure it had a ton of liquor, but it’s a chain restaurant.
The service was attentive, and our table had questions which the sever was helpful to answer.

Went here with my team for dinner. We waited 45 minutes for our drink order to be taken. They took our food order and we waited for a while. We ended up having to take our food to go because we had been there for over two hours. Service was nice though.

Great lunch choices, healthy or decadent, and low prices. My coffee was excellent. My server was Jon, he told me to use «Asian Jon» to differentiate him from the other servers. I couldn’t ask for better service. Actually, the manager has all the servers work together so any one of them will help you out with anything else you might suddenly realize you need. And… I love the Ziosk! E-​mailed receipts… nice!

The food was great but the bar tender sucks. He was a skinny guy with black hair, he never did stop to see if we were ok if we need something we had to yell at him. And the drinks he made were pretty bad. Service sucks. Food was good

Just a new tip. The pay at the table system will auto calculate the tip. This good but it does based on the total bill plus tax.

Foods always good, and an awesome bar crowed on Thursday night. Good place to watch sports they have the volume up in the bar

Food was good, service was good, no complaints here! I know they have had issues, but I didn’t experience any tonight.

On a slow night we got very slow service do to the fact our server had friends in her section and was to busy chatting with them to serve us well. I had the baby back ribs with the dry rub Chili’s should just get out of the rib business they just suck plane and simple dry and to much rub to cover the no smoke taste. Try another place of you want ribs
