I love visiting this place when I’m in town. I miss the wings for sure. I’m pretty sure all of the bartenders have the hots for me. I really don’t blame them though.

When I pulled up I was sad to see that this joint is in a strip mall. But the smell of this joint that wafted out the door when I opened it told me that this place is legit! I was bathed in old beer, stale smoke and blue collar charm. I sat at the bar next to a guy who obviously paints for a living. He was smoking, drinking, reading the closed captioning on an episode of hard core pawn while he tried to convince a buddy to come down for a beer. I lost count at 53 F bombs while I listed to his convo. Here is an actual except from the discussion. «I gotta get a new fuckin phone, but i ain’t gettin no fuckin iphone 6! That fuckin phone is too fuckin fake».
I ordered a local IPA and the wings and settled in.

Definitely a great dive bar. Great prices, good bar food, a dingy atmosphere, and real honest people make this one of my favorite places in town. There is some kind of special or event every night of the week: karaōke, open mic comedy, etc.
Yes, smoking is allowed, and some patrons will. I’m not a smoker myself, but I enjoy the freedom from time to time. It’s one of the few places left in town I know you can smoke. If you need or want fresh air, then there is an outside seating area.
All in all, this dive is a treasure, though it may not be the treasure that you seek. Please don’t knock it if it’s just not what you wanted. Take it for what it is. Also, you can’t knock it till you’ve tried it.

Hard to say anything bad about the local watering hole. They have everything from a 24oz PBR bomber can to at least one microbrew beer on tap. Reasonable prices and good food. Karaōke is a good excuse to get out on a Monday as is comedy on Wednesday and shows on the weekends. Musical entertainment is usually punk or metal but occasionally there will be an alternative rock show, reggae, EDM night, or even folk/singer song writer. It would appear the owner/management are eager to make improvements as they have brought in more comfortable booths and the bar was topped with a piece of copper like sheet metal.
