I dropped into CF Xiphos at the recommendation of a friend when I was in Huntsville for a work trip and I was so glad that I did. The owners and coaches Darrin and Dana are incredible people and the facility is amazing. Friendly and warm members welcomed me at the box and the WODs were challenging and different from some that I’ve done. Not only do they have all the regular Crossfit toys and gear, but they have an entire obstacle course built in the «backyard» of the box. Wall climbs, monkey bars, atlas stones, traverse wall and lots more. I highly recommend this box if you are looking to drop in or looking to join. I’ll be back!
