Hotel was a little scary. Door was pushed in from the bottom, as if someone had tried to bust the door down at some point. Very loud, yelling at night and thin walls makebit hard to sleep. Dated interior and rooms that open to the outside make this facility seem old. The only reason I give it 2 stars is because the staff is very friendly and helpful. They deserve a 5, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Wasn’t the best Extended Stay I’ve been in, but it served it purpose as a business trip to lay my head. If you’re looking for a place to crash this is it for the money. Although very friendly staff.

I obtained a very affordable room at Extended StayAmerica using Priceline we arrived and found the room to be extremely clean nice new plenty of hot water with a little kitchenette I couldn’t be happier with this room at this price in Huntsville Alabama I would highly recommend this I don’t very often find motels or hotels I really like but I’ll be back to this one. Since I’m Huntsville native I can tell you this is conveniently located both to Redstone Arsenal the Space Camp and all of the restaurants on University Avenue. Front desk out was extremely courteous and polite and the rooms were quiet. I give it six stars if I could.

We came in town on a Tuesday night with no notice and were able to get a room immediately. The front desk staff were very welcoming and friendly and helped us get settled in quickly. The room itself was very clean and I was impressed with how nice it was, I had pictured something of lesser quality in my mind for some reason. Anyhow, we wound up enjoying our 1 night stay very much and for $ 55 you can’t beat it. The Hilton next door was $ 131 for a room of the same size and I guarantee Extended Stay was just as nice. Will definitely book again if ever passing through town. Thank you!

This place gets so many bad reviews on many sites. I made the reservation before I checked the reviews(stupid, but I was lucky). I brought sheets, pillows, comforters, towels and wash cloths after reading the reviews. Maybe my standards have been lowered since my long visit to India, but I was very pleasantly surprised when we entered our room. The bedding looks very clean, so I didn’t change it. I can’t stand the thought of using washcloths or towels that have been used on a lot of different butts and nether regions, so I always use my own. Ki, our check-in guy, was awesome. He was so nice. My mom was freezing in the lobby, so he turned the air conditioning down just for her. This is an extended stay hotel, so this hotel doesn’t provide daily housekeeping or toiletries. I knew this about extended stay hotels, so it was no surprise. They do provide soap though. I paid $ 3.99 for fast internet service, but they provide free slow internet service. The internet service is excellent. If you’re visiting the Space and Rocket Center, this is really a great place to stay.

The pictures make this place look much better than it actually is. It served it’s purpose… I was in town with my boyfriend visiting his family and we truly only slept in the room, but it just wasn’t anything great. There were no toiletries in the room except for a bar of soap, the towels were rougher than sandpaper, and even though I reserved a queen nonsmoking room… the bed was just a double and it smelled of smoke. I went to the dollar store to get toiletries and to target to get towels that wouldn’t rub my skin off. I also grabbed some linen scented disinfectant spray at dollar tree and sprayed the room multiple times during our stay to get the stench out… thank god that worked! I had brought my own pillows and blanket on our road trip so thankfully I brought those into the room to make my stay more comfortable. Oh! Also… I woke up on the first day, took a shower and went to dry my hair… and to my surprise NO hairdryer… had to jet to Wal-Mart to get one so I could dry my hair and still get out of the room on time. Not sure but I was under the impression there’s ALWAYS a hairdryer in the room. However, I must say the girl who checked us in(I believe her name was Bethanny) was very friendly and helpful! Also when I went to check out the older man who came from the back(I didn’t catch his name) told me there wasn’t anyone to check me out and give me a receipt til 7am but he was more than happy to write down my room number for when the front desk representative arrived. Overall, it wasn’t the worst hotel in the world, but I definitely recommend bringing your own towels, toiletries, and any other comforts of home you may expect in a hotel… but won’t get here!
