I don’t think a better general maintenance car shop exists. In small town Huntsville, this is the only place I found that has a good reputation nationwide. I trust them to do all general maintenance on my vehicle and tires. David Wood the store manager is helpful and friendly. If you bring your car in early you can get out quick for small stuff. Sometimes it takes longer due to others being ahead from dropping their car off early or the day before. Sometimes can be pricy but also cheaper than most other places, but totally worth the money knowing it got done and got done right, you can sit and watch tv and drink coffee while you wait.

My car died on the Inyerstate. The towing company brought me here. Great service &HONEST! I was certain it was the alternator, & it was only the battery. Very grateful for their honesty, super quick & high quality work. No complaints & highly recommend!

I usually don’t write bad reviews, I’m pretty easy going, but… I broke down in Huntsville(driving from Austin to Jasper) because my clutch went out while driving. I called Firestone because they were the first ones that popped up when I searched on my phone. They were able to look at it the very next day, and determined that both master and slave cylinders were dry. They quoted $ 1200 to replace master and slave cylinders, a new clutch set and flywheel, and fork. Even though a dry cylinder shouldn’t have affected the integrity of the clutch set/flywheel, I figured my jeep is now 15 years old, and I may as well replace the whole thing to prevent more problems later. They had it for a full week(I live/work in Austin and couldn’t make it back until the following weekend) and still didn’t fix it properly. When I went to pick it up, the pedal felt«soft,» but thought maybe this is what a new clutch feels like. Went to eat dinner before hitting the road, and when I went to start the jeep after dinner, the clutch wouldn’t engage to let that happen. I had to «pump» the clutch, kind of like brakes to build up pressure and get the clutch to engage. Immediately took it back, and they looked at it, and said it should get me back to Austin. No offer to fix it, no suggestions other than to keep pumping the clutch. I asked about the warranty, and he said it was good for one year and at any location. After a scary ride home, took it to Firestone in Austin and they fixed it for me. Said it was a bad slave cylinder, and fixed it for me within a day. Only good thing that came from this experience is that I could have it fixed here since they are nationwide.

Very satisfied with service. Had a water leak down passenger side a-pillar. Dealership flushed it for $ 45 and leak remained. Dealer said $ 400 to remove entire headliner and investigate. Firestone removed the a-pillar panel, found hole, showed me, and plugged drain with silicone.(Silicone can be removed later if I want to.) Total cost $ 30. Everybody was professional especially David Guillory.
