This is amazing! No longer do you have to settle for pizza or Chinese on lazy nights! Cant wait for even more restaurants to get in on this great process!
Another great pro is the website saves all of your information so you do not have to refill in address or pay info, it takes mere mins and you are ordered and done. Go about all the things you need to accomplish, they bring it to your door no signing, no adding tip because you have already done all of that; just grab your food, say thanks, and shut the door.

I’m lazy, I hate driving and I eat. It’s like someone heard my prayers. Love you!
I’ve never had a problem with my order (really, I would blame the restaurant anyway). The driver s are always fast and super awesome. I’d have a beer with any one if them. Also, I really appreciate not having to sign something at the door only because I’m usually trying to keep a dog back with my foot (she still thinks I’m going to share. dream on.).

I almost wish this service wasn’t here because I use it too much! They are prompt, friendly, and my orders are accurate (except for once one an item was missing and they bent over backward to make it right). Being able to order something other than Chinese and Pizza for delivery is great, and the $ 5 delivery charge is a small price to pay for the convenience.

Surprisingly smooth transaction! I am here on business so utilizing Grub South was extremely beneficial versus driving around trying to find the place.
The gentleman delivered the food right to my hotel room. It was nice to see him dressed in Grub South attire, his food warmer also brandished the Grub South logo. I say this because I’ve been here on business many of times and this was the first time I has food delivered by someone that looked like they didn’t just roll out of bed. To me it means Grub South takes pride in business and that pride equals great service.
My order was perfect, my delivery guy was very professional and polite however I couldn’t give it 5 stars because it did take over a hour for me to receive my order. Other than that I will most definitely keep Grub South in mind when I order in.

I have used this delivery service many times, and am never disappointed. Even though I am out of the delivery range for some of the restaurants, they will still deliver to my house if they’re not too busy. Love them! Highly recommend.

I just tried this out for the first time, and it was pretty awesome. I was able to order online. The first time you do this you have to call a number afterwards to confirm you’re human and all. A human picked up the phone immediately. She was nice and said she saw the order, a driver was available, and said I’d have my food at so and so time. It was perfect since the charge wasn’t so much that I wanted to go somewhere on my lazy day. Delivery guy was nice. Also, I’m always a sucker for local businesses. It’s worth the charge to me too to get healthier food as opposed to pizza and Chinese food which are my only real options here.

I love Grubsouth! Their customer service is great and they are usually fast (the only time I didn’t get my food by the estimated delivery time, they gave me free soft drinks on my next order without me even saying anything!). They have a great selection of yummy restaurants which they add to pretty frequently so I think it’s safe to say the selection will continue to grow. It’s so nice to have a delivery service like this in Huntsville.

I discovered this service a couple of weeks ago and have used it several times, always scheduling ahead. In every case, the food arrived hot and on time. What a pleasure to place my order before leaving work and have a hot meal delivered to my door when I get home!
