Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant to deal with. The service tech showed up on time. My only issues were that I felt like the technician was pushing a new unit do to the age of mine (15 years) and did not seem to want to diagnose the issue. (Note: my unit was completely depleted of R22 freon.). I was given a quote for $ 1k to diagnose as all he wanted to do is recharge with expensive Freon (note: HC Blake’s freon cost is twice other companies) and add dye. I ended up calling a different company that charged the system with nitrogen and found the leak for much cheaper. I eventually did replace with that company for a 25% cheaper system cost (for a Train instead of Amana).

I’ve found their prices are extremely reasonable unlike some of the competition who quote one price and charge another.
