7÷1÷14 — I used to like shopping there. I stopped after getting tired of sales people attacking me trying to sell something. They stalk you through the store and won’t leave you alone long enough to look at the merchandise.
10÷9÷14 — After having a negative experience trying to buy a upright freezer down the street at Best Buy, I went to hhgregg to see what they had. Of course, I was attacked at the door and followed by salespeople throughout my visit. I almost felt light they were secretly security personnel who were afraid I would tuck a 6′ tall freeze in my pocket and try to steal it. Fortunately, they had the freezer I was looking for and, being on my lunch hour, they were able to write me up a delivery order in about 10 minutes. While I hate the in-​store stalking, the promptness of service was satisfying. Unfortunately, the first freezer they delivered was slightly damaged with a scratch on the front. I must commend the delivery staff in that they quickly pointed out the scratch to me and volunteered to return the next day with another freezer was not scratched. The delivery people arrived the next day about an hour earlier than promised and delivered the freezer in my home. They even removed and replaced a door for me that was preventing us from getting the freezer in the room. They volunteered to remove my old rusted out freezer and dispose of it for me. Unfortunately, I told them that I need to move the contents to the new freezer first and didn’t want to delay them any further. Overall, a very pleasant experience other than the in-​store stalking.

Not the best, but… We went to hhgregg to get a new vacuum because we had a hhgregg $ 100 rebates gift card (why?) and found out it’s still good! And we got a $ 25 (not kidding, it’s crazy!) used vacuum, still in pretty good condition.
But it took us 45 minutes to get in and out, half the time at the checkout desk, and there was NO line. But since it took a long time, we started a conversation with the clerk, who is from Maryland, like us!
But I also docked the stars because most of the display laptops and desktops have a password so you can’t try them out. And all the cell phones and Samsung watches were just dummies, so, couldn’t try them out, which is crap.
But anyway, not the best store, but not horrible like some others.

H.H. Gregg not only has rude employees but they also DO NOT stand behind their products. Even tho I purchased an extended warranty they would not honor it. When I told the manager that he has lost any future business I may have with them, he just responded «Oh well».
The extended warranty was $ 350.00 and they would not honor it. This company is a rip off! BEWARE!
UPDATE:
After two months of war with HH Gregg they have decided to accept the warranty. That is AFTER the BBB stepped in. I sent documents stating that ANY, ANY repairs INCLUDING water damage was covered under the warranty that I purchased HH Gregg could not deny it.
