This place is not so bad if you out of town staying in the hotel. Foods ok bar tender is cool the music on Wednesday nite was really good. I have been staying here for 20 years and this is the best I have ever seen this place.

A decent enough option if you’re here on business without a car(like I was). The burger was perfectly serviceable although they left off the pickles I requested. If you like it anything less than medium-well I’d make sure to specify(they didn’t ask). Bonus points for the sweet potato fries. The wings the guy next to me got looked pretty good but I just had the burger. All in all, a fair option to grab a burger/sandwich and a beer after a long day of conference stuff.

Me and my sister we’re looking for a spot to do some dancing and listen to some music. This place is located inside a Holiday Inn. The atmosphere was lively and the music was great. The musicians sung karaōke requests and I danced the night away. The place closed around 1:30 am. Peter and The Wolf was the name of the group that played all kinds of hit songs and we even winded up doing the«wobble». This is a nice place to go and have a good time without any drama and enjoying a couple of drinks with friends.

Finally tried the Hoppers Restaurant inside of the Holiday Inn by the Madison County Mall, located at 5903 University Drive. First let me say that the Hotel itself is dated. Period no other way to say it. However it did appear clean and tidy. The buffet at Hoppers was a lot better than I had expected it to be. Food was well presented, hot and quite frankly tasty. The salad bar provided a good mix of greens and accoutrements. I primarily had the fried chicken which was great. Not greasy at all with a nice crunchy skin and the chicken fried steak. The chicken fried stake was not cooked the way I’m use to it being served, e.g. breaded and fried. Instead it was cooked in a brown sauce which was not bad in retrospect. The mashed potatoes were very nice and sufficient sides were available. Desert consisted of a marvelous apple cobbler of which I just took a small helping of because I knew I could eat the entire pan if left to my own devices. All in all for under $ 12.00 per person you certainly get yours monies worth. The service was fantastic, I believe our waitresses name was Britney, she worked her tail off and we wanted for not. We might go back on a different day to sample the buffet menus as they change daily. It’s worth a try.
