Really sweet owners. The staff is hit or miss and generally don’t care what’s going on. But some of them are super helpful. Big workout rooms and lots of equipment. I really enjoy going there.

Great family-​oriented environment, designed for the serious and motivated individual. Chuck and Susan have intentionally organized the facilities so that an individual, plus family can come and have the best chances of being healthy and strong. The staff is always available to help. You just have to come in AND GET STARTED!!!
