CHERYL DUFF KW Agent: We used her to represent us while trying to buy in early 2015. She told us to just accept the seller’s offer and told us not to make waves and she wanted to rush the deal through right away. Sounded like she was either working for THEM or she just wanted to make a sale ! Either way we realized that her being partial to other parties instead of those she was supposed to represent was too large an issue to do business with her. We dropped her! I do not personally dislike her I just simply do not want anyone to have to go through this when there are very good and honest agents in this city. No stars !
