Came here on Labor Day and filled up with gasoline because Gas Buddy said they had the lowest price in the area and that Costco was closed. But I’ve been inside the store before and won’t go in again.

This Kroger has security guards now. The police officers do not work here anymore.

I’ve finally had it with this Kroger. Last weekend was the 3rd weekend in a row that I’ve waited in line and the cashier doesn’t even acknowledge my existence. Literally places their hand out for my Kroger card while looking the other way and gestures when it’s time to pay.
The funny thing is that the same person _​will_​be talking to the bagger the entire time.
What really pushed it too far was when I used the Coinstar machine and got the voucher and was told I couldn’t redeem it against the balance of my groceries. When I explained that yes, it could be done because I’d done it before, the cashier just shrugged. I had to take the voucher to customer service, where I got back $ 12.54. What’s the point of using Coinstar if you have to get back change?
