Peppered Pig

You get up in the morning, go to work, eat some food here and there, go home, sleep, all with some other activities strewn about the day. You’re alive, right? WRONG. Not until you have had the Bulgogi Burger from Peppered Pig. This is one of the best burgers you will ever have. The perfect size, moist, a little sweetness, a little spicy, made fresh, served hot and with delicious, just fried fresh, seasoned steak fries. It does not matter if you do not like kimchi. I don’t and I think this burger is amazing. The staff is friendly and accommodating and very knowledgeable concerning the menu. I just wish they are open later. Get there before 3pm, Mon-​Fri! Go as soon as you can!

Not much has changed except trying additional items on the menu. The bulgogi burger is still, hands down, my favorite item and one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. I must again reiterate the need for extra napkins. And extra napkins in addition to those extras. The point is, the mess is so worth it. Upon trying other burgers, they are super yummy, but don’t compare to the flavorful bulgogi.
Anyways. I was previously told to steer clear of their fries so I blindly took that recommendation. Were they the best fries ever? No but they were super crispy, piping hot, and not overly seasoned. Granted, you’ll be so full from the burger that you don’t need the fries… but that’s beside the point.
Conclusion: make the very small trek away from the city and get a burger.

The best sandwiches in town! Deviled eggs with bacon! Did I mention bacon?. Weekly special changes from week to week, called weekly creation. So a weekly visit is in order. Great menu, great owners, even greater food!

In Huntsville on business and decided to go to the Peppered Pig for lunch. We were advised to call in our order (this was an EXCELLENT suggestion) and then pick it up. The staff at PP is what you would expect, warm and friendly.
The food was outstanding. I had the Country Boy, one guy had the Piggy, and the third had the Black and Bleu Burger. Everything was moist, flavorful, and fresh. I was told the Mac & Cheese was also quite delicious. I greatly enjoyed the Deviled Egg. If you’re working in or around RSA near Gate 3 definitely take the time to grab lunch from PP.

This food truck is DELICIOUS! I ordered the cheesy and it was soooo goooood! Two grilled cheese sandwiches with Mac and cheese in the middle! This not where you go for healthy food options but if you are looking for some fatty tastiness than this is the place for you! Unfortunately the have limited hours (closed on weekends and closes pretty early) but it is well worth scheduling it!

This place is amazing. Seriously. The best burger in Huntsville. It is ridiculously messy, fresh, and full of flavor. Huntsville needs more places like this. I only wish they were open on the weekends.
