I’m a fan of Pizza Hut but this location has let me down for the third time. Delivery orders with 30 – 45 minute delivery windows may show up 1 – 2 hours after that window.
Today a team member had no answer when my order would be delivered after I was placed on hold for 12 minutes. My order arrived 1 hour and 25 minutes after it was supposed to be delivered. One item was lukewarm and the other was cold.
The previous two instances of poor experiences had similar timelines and I was assured by a Manager it would never happen again: three months and three experiences later, it continues to happen.

I had a couple of errands in the Medical District so I stopped in for the lunch buffet after one of them. I should have chosen some place less convenient. On the plus side, the waitress was friendly and efficient. She even refilled my water without being flagged down or asked. Also, the dining area was clean and in good repair. However the food itself left much wanting. A good bit of the lettuce on the salad bar was browning around the edges; sometimes more than just the edges. The pizza selection was sparse, uninspired in the extreme, and of lowest-common-denominator flavor. The bread sticks were so hard (or stale?) that they nigh inedible. For about the same price (or maybe a few pennies less) I’ll go to Ci-Ci’s next time I want a pizza buffet.
