Missed 3 appointments. Finally showed. Promised work would be sent via email. 7 weeks later and nothing has been done. Always has an excuse as to why it is not done.

Contracted with this business to do some stone work outdoors. The work itself was very nice, and the foreman and the team was terrific, but the business administration and communication was bad. Broken promises, lack of communication, inability to write or spell correctly, and mistakes on quotes. Ended up filing a complaint with the BBB over deceptive billing practices. Based on their BBB record, my experience is not unique.
