I have been coming to this location for years. In the last few months the service has nosedived. The drive thru is so slow… amazingly slow.. I have had lunch boxes send out opened, cold sandwiches that should be warm … just not what you expect from Starbucks.

The drive thru takes waaaay too long! Early in the morning, mid-​day, weekend all long wait times. Lattes are on point tho!

Terrible service. The girl that took my order wasn’t friendly, didn’t smile and could barely hear her. I ordered a coffee and plain bagel with cream cheese. I waited a few minutes and was handed a croissant with cream cheese and sent it back. They made me another which took a few more minutes all the while I still haven’t got my coffee. I was handed the bagel, still no coffee so I told the girl and she found it sitting at drive thru. I ordered inside which I will never do again. They get orders right when you go to drive thru. I was on the way to work so next time I’m in a hurry, I will go somewhere else

Friendly crew, same Starbucks standards as you usually find. Clean. Unique in that it actually is a quiet place to enjoy companionship, or just to read. Thank you.

I generally use the drive through. I have a very particular Trenta iced coffee order. They know my voice now when I pull up to order and though it took a few weeks to get them all to understand how I wanted my coffee made they do it correctly and always with a smile. Some very hardworking friendly Baristas here

I come here about every other morning because it’s one of the only drive through coffee places in town. It’s fast and the coffee has always been consistent.

Typical Starbucks. A little difficult to get to since it’s on the frontage road, so you can only approach it from one way (from the north) and you can only leave one direction (to the south). Other than that, the staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean and the coffee and breakfast food was good.

Drive thru takes a while, which is a pain sometimes when I am in a hurry on my break from work. The staff is always great though, and I enjoy coming here when I need a pep up :)

Huntsville area is not the Starbucks rich environment to which I have become accustomed. This was about 6 or 7 miles from my hotel.
I was not only glad I made the trip, however think I made it all but 1 day the 8 I was there. The staff is very friendly and recognized me on my second visit. I joked since there was a line behind me the one day I ordered multiple coffees that I should make them ring it separately for the stars, when she asked me for the card the second time I realized she took the initiative. Other than my regular one near home, getting that done is like pulling teeth.
I would highly recommend this location.

We really enjoy Starbucks! This particular location is rather slow in serving there customers. This is the third occasion that we’ve ordered our beverages and had to wait at the window at 10 minutes. On one occasion we left while the line it was taking so long. They also have a hard time taking any kind of special instructions.

It’s Starbucks… it’s always good. I always get a venti soy iced caramel macchiato — I think I spelled it right. No problems with this location. The baristas here are always extra bubbly for some reason, which is a definite plus.

A very good place to get great coffee! The atmosphere In the shop is awesome, warm and familiar! The coffee is never wrong, always hot and fast. My drink is a ristretto triple venti whole milk white chocolate mocha with just a whisper of cinnamon and nutmeg. At other Starbucks some baristas do not even know what ristretto is. These people make it like it a common household cup of coffee.
All in all go! This is the one to go to in Huntsville. The only reason I did not give a 5 is because they are do not stay open 24 hours.

I have to give this place five stars plus some exclamation points!!! I went today because I was rather exhausted at work. Normally I go to a local place in Madison because truthfully their coffee is substantially better since you can make whatever you want with over 25 sugar free flavors… and they’re substantially cheaper but I needed the coffee without having to drive all the way back to Madison. I got there… and got stuck in the drive thru after i ordered… I announced i had forgotten my wallet!!! They didn’t even hesitate and told me «no worries.» Of course I immediately came back to pay them, but I was so impressed by their nice gesture… I’ll definitely pay that extra buck for coffee whenever I’m on this side of town again!

I love this place. They have a computer system where they input your order and it prints out a ticket that they stick on your drink — that’s a first for me. Also, the staff is really personable, even when they are having internal problems, which I saw only once in the dozen or so times I’ve been there. (FYI– I’ve not seen the problematic person there since). Service and my fav coffee drink are always spot on.

This location has had too many transitions in personnel. I cannot count on getting my drink order correct. And when I complain, I am met with distrust. I’ve been drinking the same drink since the early 90s, so I think I can tell when something is amiss.

I love the drive through Starbucks! Unlike Claudia, I’ve never had any problems with them getting my order quickly, accurately and with a smile. One time I did have my server ask me to take a drink before I pulled away so I could check to see if my drink was OK since she’d never made that one before (it was). I thought it that was very thoughtful and professional of her, and I was left with the impression that if it hadn’t been right she would have corrected it on the spot.
