BEST INDOOR STORAGE! We moved out of our 10×15 storage unit yesterday that was our furniture’s temporary home and now that we are unpacked, I’d like to report that all our belongings are in perfect shape!
Our realtor recommended Guardian Storage but before booking a unit, I price checked it. (The website was fancy so I thought it would be too pricey.) The price was totally in line (even cheaper) than
other outfits that I checked…(note, Guardian does not have outdoor units, which is not what we wanted — we had to store two fridges, washer, dryer, and we did not want them to get «funky» in a hot outdoor storage unit. Low and behold, they did not have any funk smell!)
The facility is SUPER clean.
The locks are these cool little gadgets… but you have to buy that separately.
There was plenty of space for our large moving truck. The owner (who is super nice and helpful) keeps moving dollies, carts, and such on site — so that’s helpful.
Oh, she has an office where you can hang out if you have hired movers. I got some work done while waiting.

Used The Guardian to store my Mother’s precious photos, furniture, and other items between the sale of her house and the settling of her estate. Pam was very responsive, informative and easy to work with. There are carts, dollys, and shopping carts to ease your move, a loading dock in a secured area, and easy access, in a clean, humidity and temperature controlled space. A spacious meeting area in the front is free for the renter’s use as well. This is as good as a storage facility gets! Awesome execution of a great idea!
