Very huge selection of a lot of custom options for amazing sandwiches, lettuce wraps and salads — very reasonable prices — great lunch spot !

«Superior sandwiches», they claim. Superior sandwiches, they deliver. Along with friendly and smiley service.
The first time you visit a Which Wich, you will feel a little lost. You’ll need extra time to see how it works. Review the menu board and select a sandwich, then take a numbered bag and grab a marker. Follow the directions on the bag to customize your sandwich. The best part of Which Wich is this customization. Does Subway have caramelized onions or feta cheese?! I think not! Write whatever name you want on the bag; have fun with that! LOL!
Then take your bag to the cashier, pay, and he/​she will clip it to what looks like a laundry line and swipe it to the sandwich makers. While you’re waiting for your customized Wich, read the USA Today paper hanging on the wall and look at the cool bag drawings by other customers. Before you know it, they’ll call out your name and pick up your Wich.
This location appears to be owned by a Middle Eastern family, and the older gentleman who made the sandwiches appeared to take such delight in creating customers’ creations. Seeing him smile as people picked up their sandwiches was the highlight of my visit. He loves what he does, and I loved his smiles.

Sandwiches are great. You can customize to match your cravings. Friendly staff. Very clean.

It’s a new concept to me, filling out your own order, but that’s the point, get just what you want.

Great sandwiches with lots of toppings to choose and very reasonable prices. Service is quick and friendly. Looking forward to next visit to try a different wich. Roast beef was excellent.

That place was soooooo good. I got a sandwich in a bowl chicken balsamic spinach candied walnuts bacon and feta and cucumber it was amazing and I will def be back!!!

The food was decent. The staff didn’t seem too friendly and were slow; we were the only people in there and it took about 35 minutes just to get our food. I was told their home chips were awesome, but they were bland and really hard. By no means are they the best subs in town. I would much rather just go to firehouse subs.

Pretty tasty place. Ordering is different but fun. You walk in and choose your sandwich by picking a brown paper bag. The sandwiches are divided into sections, so you choose a section and then mark the specifics for your sandwich with a Sharpie. You then turn in the bag, it gets hung on a wire and sent down the line to be made. They have lots of options, including a french beef dip and a cuban, lots of add ons. They even have kids sandwiches. One downfall is the bread options. They only have white or wheat. If they were to expand that selection it would definitely be 5 star. Tasty, fun to order, nice selection, decently priced.

Really good sandwiches. The ordering process is a little confusing until you have done it a couple of times. They could be a bit faster making the sandwiches.

Great sandwiches… best in Huntsville for sure… only competition is Publix… only given 4 stars because staff should work harder to keep tables clean during downtime
